About the Recipe
4 cups chopped kimchi, drained
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the chopped kimchi to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the kimchi is heated through and slightly softened.
Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Remove the skillet from the heat and drizzle the stir-fried kimchi with sesame oil. Toss to combine.
Serve the Stir-Fried Kimchi as a side dish or use it to top rice, noodles, or salads. Enjoy!
