8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup finely chopped kimchi, drained
1 tablespoon kimchi juice
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped kimchi, kimchi juice, green onions, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, as needed.
Transfer the Kimchi Cream Cheese to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled with crackers, bagels, or toast.
