Kimchi Tuna Sandwich

About the Recipe


  • 2 (5 oz) cans of tuna, drained

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped kimchi, drained

  • 1/4 cup diced celery

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 8 slices of bread (whole wheat, sourdough, or your favorite bread)

  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

  • Sliced tomato, for serving


Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped kimchi, celery, red onion, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well and season

Step 2

To assemble the sandwiches, lay out 4 slices of bread and evenly distribute the tuna salad mixture among them.

Step 3

Top each sandwich with lettuce leaves and sliced tomato.

Step 4

Place the remaining bread slices on top, creating 4 sandwiches.

Step 5

Serve the Kimchi Tuna Sandwiches immediately, or wrap them up and store in the refrigerator for a delicious and satisfying lunch on the go. Enjoy!
