4 hotdog buns
1 cup chopped kimchi, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup chopped green onions, for garnish
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook the hotdogs for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and slightly charred.
While the hotdogs are cooking, toast the hotdog buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes or until slightly golden and crispy.
Spread a layer of mayonnaise on one side of each hotdog bun, and a layer of Dijon mustard on the other side.
Place the cooked hotdogs inside the buns, and top each with a generous amount of chopped kimchi.
Garnish the Kimchi Hotdogs with chopped green onions.
