Kimchi Deli Sandwich

About the Recipe


  • 8 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, rye, whole wheat, etc.)

  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli meat (turkey, ham, roast beef, or a combination)

  • 1 cup chopped kimchi, drained

  • 8 slices of cheese (Swiss, cheddar, provolone, or your preferred cheese)

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

  • Sliced tomato, for serving

  • Sliced red onion, for serving


Step 1

Lay out the 8 slices of bread and spread a layer of mayonnaise on each slice.

Step 2

On 4 of the bread slices, layer the deli meat, followed by the chopped kimchi, cheese slices, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and red onion slices.

Step 3

Top each sandwich with the remaining bread slices, creating 4 sandwiches.

Step 4

Serve the Kimchi Deli Sandwiches immediately, or wrap them up and store in the refrigerator for a delicious and satisfying meal on the go. Enjoy!
