Ingredients
8 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, rye, whole wheat, etc.)
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli meat (turkey, ham, roast beef, or a combination)
1 cup chopped kimchi, drained
8 slices of cheese (Swiss, cheddar, provolone, or your preferred cheese)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves, for serving
Sliced tomato, for serving
Sliced red onion, for serving
Preparation
Step 1
Lay out the 8 slices of bread and spread a layer of mayonnaise on each slice.
Step 2
On 4 of the bread slices, layer the deli meat, followed by the chopped kimchi, cheese slices, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and red onion slices.
Step 3
Top each sandwich with the remaining bread slices, creating 4 sandwiches.
Step 4
