Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own content or import it from a CSV file. Add fields for any type of content you want to display, such as rich text, images, and videos. Be sure to click Sync after making changes in a collection, so visitors can see your newest content on your live site.
4 slices of sourdough bread or your favorite bread
2 ripe avocados
1 cup chopped kimchi, drained
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley (optional)
Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese or queso fresco (optional)
Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, scoop out the avocado flesh and roughly mash it using a fork. Add the lemon juice, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined, adjusting the seasoning to taste.
Assemble the toast: Spread a generous layer of the avocado mixture on each slice of toasted bread. Top with the chopped kimchi, spreading it evenly over the avocado layer.
If desired, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese or queso fresco on top of the kimchi layer, followed by a sprinkle of chopped cilantro or parsley for added freshness.
Finish by garnishing each slice of toast with toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy your scrumptious Kimchi Avocado Toast!
