Kimchi with Brie & Toasted Baguette

Ingrédients

  • 1 small wheel of Brie cheese (about 8 oz)

  • 1 cup chopped kimchi, drained

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds

  • Olive oil, for brushing

  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Préparation

Step 1


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).


Step 2


Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush each slice with olive oil. Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.


Step 3


Place the Brie cheese wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or an oven-safe serving dish. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and starting to melt.


Step 4


Remove the Brie from the oven and top with the chopped kimchi. Sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper.
